Booking is considered as definitely confirmed ( by request ), per e-mail or per Post, on receipt of the deposit. The deposit has to be paid within 30 days from the reservation.
20% of the total renting amount is to be paid in advance by bank wire
The total payment of the renting amount, other additional costs must be paid on arrival at check in.
Arrival will be on the established date between 4.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. In case of delay, please notify the Management in time. Otherwise the suite will be kept available for another day only, after that the suite could be rent to others. On arrival all the guests' documents must be shown for registration.
4. FURNISHING AND APPLIANCES SUPPLIED WITH THE SUITE
All suites are provided completely furnished and equipped with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dish washer, washer, sat television, hairdryer,dishes, and cutlery and pots, microwave, safe. Each bed is provided with sheets, a blanket and pillow. The bathroom has towels.
The suite must be left free at 10.00 a.m. of the departure date. The kitchen-corner has to be left clean and free from garbages, refrigerator emty, turned off and open.
Guests guarantee to take good care of the suite and household appliances. Claims for the condition of the suite and the inventory have to be notified in the 24 hours after arrival.Any breakage or damage will have to be refunded as per price list. To guarantee the observance and respect of the above, a deposit of Euro 50,00 will be requested. This deposit will be given back after having checked out the flat only.
Villaggio Hemingway is not liable for any breakage, accident, loss, thef, delays and inconvinience in general that could occur during the customer's stay. It will, however, help its guests to solve any problem that may arise.
